S3 Diamond Viper II Review

The Viper II pulls a 3rd place victory in our round-up as the two GeForce boards keep a respectable lead. The drivers must be optimized pretty well to score this high at low resolution.

Although we turn the resolution up a tad, the results show us the same information. The Viper II is doing quite well with an impressive 53 FPS.

Pressing into our toughest 16 bit test in Quake3, only one card really makes it over our 30 FPS limit. The SDR GeForce comes just shy of the mark followed by the Viper II.
