"Profile" lists a slew of useful default settings for MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. The space-saving MPEG-4 format is not available, though.
The timer features are not clearly laid out. This menu could have been designed to be used more intuitively.
The "CPU" tab only provides information about the capacity of your CPU.
