Twinmos' DDR2-667 Is Slow, But Overclocks Well
While testing one of the first modules we received, we suffered a mishap: An SMD condenser broke free from the package. The vendor responded quickly to our request for a replacement and sent us new modules that showed convincing overclocking capabilities - 934 (467 MHz) isn't bad at all. But they operated only at CL4.0 in our timing tests.
