Brother Inkjet All-in-Ones - Specifications

No One Size For All

As you can see, there is no perfect inkjet for all offices. While there is almost no variance from low- to high-end in terms of output quality or speed, we see a significant range in media handling and duty cycle. Network connectivity is a big issue at the entry level, and duplexing is key above the $200 point. If we had to pick a favorite from the group, it would likely be the J6510DW, which seems to offer just about everything, including the biggest long-term cost-saving features, at a respectable price point. But consider the field carefully, and be sure not to miss our Brother Laser/LED Printer Buyer’s Guide for comparison.

I bought the MFC-6890CDW back in November. Had the MFC-J6510DW been released yet? If so, I didn't see it. I mainly saw the MFC-6490CW and MFC-5890CN as alternatives, which have no support for duplex printing.

Brother printers is catching up with the speedy development of printer's features. And I believe that is actually what it should do since the market is a raging world. HP now had its partnership with Google and so on.
