Samsung Electronics has signaled that high-density NAND flash prices might rebound from as soon as July as the market enters the hot season, sources at local memory module makers stated. The makers were echoing comments made by Samsung memory business unit president Hwang Chang-Gyu's during his visit to the recent Computex 2005 IT show.
