Performance memory maker OCZ announced PC-4000 modules with 3-3-3-8 timings. The 500 MHz devices join the firm's Platinum XTC series and are available as single 1 GB modules or 2 GB dual-channel kits. Pricing has not been announced, but should be in the range of previous OCZ PC-4000 devices, which currently are offered by etailers for about $150 for the 1 GB version and around $300 for the dual-channel 2 GB kit.
