OCZ released a new version of its Extreme XTC DDR2 memory that now are the firm's first DDR2 memory devices that integrate OCZ's honeycomb heat spreader design. The memory is available in PC2-4200 (533 MHz, 1.9 V, 4-4-4 timings) and PC2-5400 (667 MHz, 1.9 V, 5-5-5) configurations and 512 MB and 1 GB sizes.
Pricing of the new memory modules has not been announced.
