Santa Clara (CA) - Intel today announced the availability of four Celeron D processors for entry level PCs.
The new generation of the processor family is manufactured in 90 nm process technology and can be identified by a new logo and 3xx model numbers. The processors 335, 330, 325, and 320, available at frequencies of 2.80 GHz, 2.66 GHz, 2.53 GHz and 2.40 GHz respectively, integrate 256 kByte L2 cache and a 533 MHz system bus.
