DDR2 output approaching 25 percent of the DRAM market

DDR2 output accounted for 23.45 percent of global DRAM output in April, with total DRAM output increasing 1.3 percent sequentially to 516 million 256Mbit-equivalent units, according to figures from DRAMeXchange.
