Asustek on 9 May introduced the PhysX P1 add-on accelerator card, which allows gamers to upgrade their existing system with Ageia's new PhysX processing unit (PPU).
The PPU uses the laws of physics to make motion in games more realistic and avoid repeated animations and predetermined interaction. Online stores are already listing the card for $295.
