Windows 7 users looking for a compatible, certified display may want to check out Toshiba's new line of UX600 Cinema Series HDTVs. Microsoft's Brandon LeBlanc said in a blog Friday that the UX600 series will actually be the first HDTVs to hit the market that carry the Compatible with Windows 7 logo.
"With the logo comes the ability to use Windows 7’s Play To feature to play music, pictures, and videos to this TV through your home network – these TVs feature both Ethernet and wireless connectivity," he said.
The UX600 line, announced last week, consists of three HD LED TVs: the 55UX600U (54.6-inch diagonal), the 46UX600U (46-inch diagonal), and the 40UX600U (40-inch diagonal). All three feature 1080p Full HD, a 120 Hz refresh rate, 3,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio, a special Gaming Mode, Net TV, and more.
