Sierra's Aircard 890 Has 2-In-1 Form for Laptops

Tuesday AT&T announced the availability of the latest addition to its LaptopConnect portfolio, the Sierra Wireless AirCard 890. This High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) 7.2-capable device features a 2-in-1 form factor that supports both PCMCIA (PC Card) and ExpressCard slots. It also provides built-in GPS functionality, enabling location-based services.

The card will become available on May 5, costing $49.99 after a mail-in rebate and signing a two-year contract for AT&T's DataConnect service. The contract itself starts at $35 per month, however AT&T is offering a promotion that offers a $100 AT&T Promotion Card after shelling out $149.99 up front.

anamaniacLet us buy 2G/3G/4G etc. Items for reasonable prices without fucking contracts!I bet these cost $25 to make, so stop raping the consumer. Your data plans already do that.
