This configuration of the Alienware Aurora ACT1250 features a Core Ultra 7 265F, a GeForce RTX 5080, 16GB of DDR5-5200, and a 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD. If the link doesn't automatically select the GeForce RTX 5080, you may have to select it manually in the "Graphics Card" section.

The Alienware Aurora ACT1250 comes with 16GB (2x8GB) of DDR5-5200 memory. Although 32GB is slowly becoming the baseline for modern AAA titles, 16GB is still sufficient for most games launched in 2026. Since the ACT1250 uses standard DDR5 memory slots and the memory isn't proprietary, you can upgrade the capacity later when DDR5 prices stabilize, or you find a really good deal.

Meanwhile, the 1TB of solid-state storage will get you by while we wait out the storage shortage. Swapping it out for a larger M.2 drive is possible, or purchase another SSD for secondary storage, since the ACT1250 has two M.2 slots. Additionally, the motherboard offers SATA ports, so you can always use standard SATA SSDs or hard drives, which are easier on the pocket.

This particular configuration also comes with a 1,000W 80 Plus Platinum-certified power supply, leaving the door open for future upgrades. Meanwhile, the 240mm AIO liquid cooler will keep the Core Ultra 7 265F comfortable during your gaming sessions.

At $2,249.99, the Alienware Aurora ACT1250 is a gaming system that's hard to pass by. If you sign up for Dell's newsletter as a new customer, you can slash aother 10% off the already attractive price. If you get creative and combine it with a cashback program on your credit card, you could get the price down even further.
